A few numbers, a lot of information
Iron stores, blood sugar and cholesterol drift for years before symptoms. Blood shows it first.
Liver, kidneys and thyroid each leave a signature in your blood.
The same test three months later tells you whether what you changed actually worked.

What it is, why it matters, what low and high mean, the ranges we use and the source.
Good to know
Which blood tests can you explain?
Any standard panel: CBC, lipids, thyroid, iron, blood sugar, vitamins, liver, kidneys, inflammation and hormones — 131 markers in total. If a marker isn’t in our base, we say so.
Does the lab matter?
No. We read the values and units from your report and use the reference range printed on it as well as our own age- and sex-specific ranges.
How long does it take?
About a minute: upload, confirm the numbers we read, read your report.
Is this a diagnosis?
No. It is an explanation. When a value needs a doctor, we say so clearly.
