FAQ

Good to know

Short answers. If yours is missing, write to us.

Is this a diagnosis?

No. We explain what your values mean and help you ask your doctor better questions. Only a doctor can diagnose you.

Which files can I upload?

PDF (even locked), a photo of the paper report, or a screenshot — from any lab, any country.

Which tests do you cover?

131 markers across CBC, lipids, thyroid, iron, blood sugar, vitamins, liver, kidneys, inflammation and hormones.

Where do the ranges come from?

From published guidelines — WHO, ESC/EAS, European Thyroid Association, EFSA, AHA/CDC and others — and, where age or sex matter, from 26 age- and sex-specific range sets. The source is shown next to every marker.

What if you can’t read my report?

We show you what we read and let you correct it. If a marker isn’t in our base, we say so — we never guess.

What’s free and what’s Premium?

Free: one report, a short overview, the values that stand out, what is fine, 3–5 safe tips. Premium (€19.99 once): every value with its source, the 90-day plan, AI chat, trends, biological age, unlimited reports and PDF export.

Is €19.99 really one time?

Yes. One payment, Premium for life. Nothing renews.

Where does my data go?

It stays in your browser. No name needed. One click deletes everything. EU company, GDPR.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT doesn’t know your lab’s ranges, your age and sex, or your last report — and answers differently each time. We use fixed, sourced ranges for you and remember your reports.

Which languages?

English, Slovenian and Serbian. The report can be in any language.

Can I use it for my child?

Not yet. Our ranges are for adults (18+). Children’s ranges differ a lot — we’d rather say no than guess.

What about urine tests or other reports?

Blood tests only, for now. That’s where we can show a source for every range.
