Identify risk areas — not just single values
Your markers are combined into recognised risk scores: heart, insulin resistance, fatty liver, iron stores. Each score names its source and says when it is only partial.

The values outside the optimum, ranked by what to look at first — with the source of each range next to them.
SCORE2 (ESC 2021), diabetes risk (ADA), metabolic syndrome (harmonised criteria 2009), HOMA-IR and TyG for insulin resistance, FLI for fatty liver, inflammatory burden (hs-CRP, AHA/CDC), vitamin D status (Endocrine Society).
A score that needs blood pressure or waist size shows “partial” and lists what to add. Nothing is filled in for you.
Every score says what it can and can’t tell you. A red score always says: talk to your doctor.
